Privacy policy

Audite Intelligence and Consulting (ABN 34 196 236 372) is a Perth-based AI consultancy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and how we keep it safe. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- When you use our contact form: your name, email address and phone number, what you'd like help with and anything else you choose to tell us.
- When you email or call us: the details you share.
- When you become a client: the contact and billing details we need to work with you.
- When you visit our website: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to send them. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, book and run your free AI check, provide and bill for any services you ask us for, and keep the records we're required to keep. We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we won't add you to marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We only share personal information with the services that help us run Audite, and only what they need:
- Web3Forms, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox
- Google Workspace, which hosts our email
- Cloudflare, which hosts our website
Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We don't otherwise share your information unless you agree or the law requires it.
Your business's data when we work together
When we set up AI for your business, we work inside your own systems under your instructions and only access what the job needs. How we handle your business's data, including any personal information about your clients or staff, is agreed with you in writing before we start.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only for as long as we need it for these purposes or the law requires, then we delete it.
Seeing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email rahul@audite.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days.
